Corporate Accountant
The Corporate Accountant will be an integral part of the corporate accounting team and will be involved in all aspects of corporate accounting.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation of accurate and timely quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures;
- Prepare and/or review account reconciliations and analysis;
- Assist with the coordination of the annual financial statement audit with external auditors;
- Assist in the consolidation of multiple corporate entities; and
- Work closely with Investment Fund accounting teams to gather information necessary to prepare corporate financial statements and disclosures.
Job Qualifications:
- The successful candidate will have outstanding initiative and a strong work ethic.
- The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- He/She will be team-oriented and must possess strong integrity and professionalism.
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, CPA preferred;
- 2-5 years accounting experience, public accounting or mix of public and private;
- Proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL and Word;
- Exposure to SEC reporting and Sarbanes Oxley desired;
- Solid analytical skills and
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.

USD 70,000 – 80,000+ bonus |
