Large privately
held real estate investment, development and management firm is
in need of a Staff Accountant to join their growing team. Responsibilities
include but are not limited to: Maintaining the income journals,
accounts receivables, accounts payable, general ledger accounting,
month end close, assisting the Controller with weekly forecasts
and balance sheet reconciliations.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Accounting preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability
to work independently are a must.
Two years prior experience in a similar position
is required.
Additional Information:
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000
